简介：北京市第二十四中学位于东城区外交部街31号，前身为创建于1923年的北京私立大同中学。学校现有初高中教学班36个，学生1250人，教职工172人，专任教师118人，市区级骨干教师12人，具有中高级职称教师92人。学校各类专用教室齐备，新建的数码互动实验室、体育场馆等，为师生提供优质的学习工作环境。 学校校训是：尚德、健体、乐学、求索。多年来24中秉承“天下大同”的社会责任感，以“人人谋划发展，人人创造快乐，人人享受和谐”为办学宗旨，坚持“使每一个学生得到发展，让每一位教师得到发展，促成二十四中学可持续发展”的办学理念，校风优良、管理严格，积极创设健康和谐的校园文化。学校根据学生的需求，开设了弟子规、快乐成长课堂、职业生涯规划与指导、民族传统体育、外教英语口语、数理化衔接等校本课程，并有多个科技、文体兴趣小组和社团，国际文化交流日益多样，为学生多元化的发展创造条件。 优质的硬件条件和深厚的学校文化，为提升办学品质奠定了扎实的基础。近年来，学校中高考成绩稳步提升，教育活动丰富多彩，得到了学生、家长和社会的普遍认可。培养“人格高尚、温文尔雅、修养深厚、功底扎实，具有世界眼光和创新思维的人”的目标是二十四中人永远的追求。 Located at No.31 Waijiaobu Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing No.24 Middle School, the former private Datong Middle School, has 36 classes composed of 1250 students, 172 faculty members including 118 teachers, of whom 12 are outstanding teachers and 92 hold middle and senior titles. The newly completed digital-interaction classroom, gyms and other facilities join to create excellent environment for teachers and students as a whole. The school motto is “Cultivating students with admirable virtue, good health, intense curiousness and great enterprise .” With a strong sense of social responsibility, No.24 Middle School has always followed principle of “Making concerted efforts to boost development of everyone, create happiness for everyone and deliver harmony shared by everyone” and pursued the ideal of “Promoting the sustainable development of No.24 Middle School through the development of every student and teacher”.
